Applied on gumtree Ad, quick interview face to face next day, asked about goals, hobbies, why sales. Upon my question if salary has any base. They relactantly replied yes and asked me for a full day assesment in field and wear comfortable shoes coz its gonna be a literally full day then we will share salary.
Didn't ring the bell for me, so didn't go after that.

Interview
The manager asked me to talk about my experience and then as soon as I was done, went into explaining the sales structure of the company. The whole interview was done in 15 minutes. He talked mostly about the company and how much money and growth is to be had.
They invited my to a shadowing experience the next day where I went around with one of the direct marketing representatives as they went on their sales calls. This part started at 8am and ended at 6pm.
