I applied online, got contacted for an interview. The interview was with 2 employees at the department I am applying at. They were very friendly, asked questions about past experience, tools I was familiar with, why Audi and such. The experience was very positive. I only declined because some personal circumstances changed for me.

Why are you interested in the automotive industry?
The HR reached out for phone call interview as 1st round. Soon, one or two weeks later, it's 2nd (written case) and 3rd round (zoom meeting) with the manager you will work with if you get an offer.

They asked you to design a business strategy for Audi to cater the local market where you applied. They also asked you about your past work experience and why you want to work for Audi.
I applied with my CV and cover letter. They invited me for an interview on-site. I received an offer the following day and started the following month. The process was transparent and expectations were clearly communicated.
First introduced their projects, and asked the working and educational background of the candidate. Then directly went into the project I have done. Since the role was about data x software, they asked some general questions for data analytics and software engineering
