Virtual meeting with recruiter asked general questions about my goals and type of position I was interested in. Very informal. Recruiter reached out via email with information on postions. After several months I accepted a role.

I applied online through their website. They sent an interview invite through Calendly for a Zoom call with the recruiter. The interview itself was very standard. Some information I was given was different from what I expected, like the base salary and in-office requirements.
