I recently had a virtual interview with the scientific lead of a company. Despite his casual outfit which made him look like he was going camping, he introduced himself (only his name) and asked me to tell him about myself (TMAY) while the recruiter provided information about the company's goals. However, I quickly noticed that the scientific lead seemed stressed during the interview, as he frequently blinked his eyes. This made me feel stressed too. Although the interview was supposed to last between 30-40 minutes, it ended after just 20 minutes with no feedback provided, despite my request for it..
