Interview
The interview process at Atom consists of three stages:
Stage One: A casual 30-minute chat with the Head of Technology.
Stage Two: A 60-90 minute technical interview with three Lead Developers. Before the interview, you'll review some code and discuss it during the interview, along with your past projects.
Stage Three: A 30 minute conversation with the Managing Director. It includes personality and IQ tests beforehand, with the interview being focused on your personal motivations, self-awareness, and fit with Atom's non-corporate environment.

Question 1
For the tech stage, they asked about my previous projects and experiences. In the MD stage, the focus was more personal, discussing what motivates me, my interests and hobbies, my weaknesses, what subjects I enjoyed in school, and why I want to join their company.
