Two rounds of interviewing plus a paper. Started with a ~25 minute phone interview, then a second round Zoom interview. Asked for an essay between those. The interviewer was nice, I only spoke with one person the entire process.

Interview
Very straightforward and . Had 3 interviews before I was offered the job. The first was a quick phone call, the second was an online video conference with more team members and the last interview was in person at their DC office. I thought the hiring process was very swift and communicative.
