Initial screening was done by resume shortlisting. Next round was of group discussion of 5 people in each team. Next was the combined technical and managerial interview round by board people.
For campus drive 1) Aptitude Test 2) Group Discussion 3) HR Round 4) Technical Round Interview process is seamless but you have to be prompt and confident and technically sound in companies area of work related questions.
