Easy. If you have a clean background check and can put a basic sentence together, they'll hire you. Met with two of the "site-leaders". Clearly not "mental giants". Smile and tell them how great you think they are and you're in. If they think at any time you may be more clever than they are, you'll be a threat. Not to worry though, they won't figure it out.
