I had the pleasure of meeting two great regionals, one who was interested in extending an offer. However, as a final step, an interview with the Director was required. I felt very uncomfortable as if I was being judged based on my race. I never heard back from the them regarding the position.

Did an interview with the regional manager for the property and a phone interview with the directer of operations. Went faster than I expected. Very personable people. Felt comfortable with both.

Recommend training class for Regional Manager. During entire interview she gave me her personal background and where she worked. She suggested other companies that may be hiring. One of which I learned was her previous employer.
