After applying through their job board (sent from Indeed) I had an initial phone interview with the GM for about 20+ minutes reviewing my previous job experiences, review on salary, what the job entails (high overview) and that once the phone screenings were complete they would be give me a call back to schedule an in person interview. (Also notified that there would be a secondary interview afterwards). Received a call back to set up the in-person interview. The process was seamless meeting with the GM again, the Operations Manager and the CSR Manager for just over an hour in the conference room. After the interview I was told that I would hear back by the following week if I got a second interview. The review of the job, the requirements, etc was all very informative and I left hopeful. I received the call back in a timely manner, but was not offered the opportunity to go forward with a second interview, unfortunately. The interview process was great and everyone was really polite and the company appears to be a great place to work for given the opportunity and benefits listed. I would definitely apply again!
