The interview process took place in several steps prior to receiving an answer of yes or no. After completing the application, the following steps: - Phone Interview -In person Tour Visit _ Panel of Staff -Meeting with the Director -Model teaching a small group lesson

First, you interview with the school directors. Then you interview with the hiring committee. This is a panel of current staff. Lastly, you have a one on one interview with the head of the school.
