Computer screening was really odd. Even a phone screen would have been easier. The staff was great. Very helpful. But the format was a challenge. They moved very fast, unusual for government.

Interview
The interview process involved a panel interview. The panel consisted of five members of the department. Each member of the panel asked two to three questions each. The interview lasted fifty minutes. Most of the questions were very elementary and only required a rudimentary knowledge of the job for which I applied.
