Athletigen Java Developer interview questions

Initial email screening, followed by coding question that had to be returned in a couple of days. The day after submitting a response an interview was scheduled. First round was with a junior developer going over some experience and general how-to questions on a white board. Second round was with a senior developer reviewing harder problems and how I would approach them, again using a whiteboard to outline a high level solution. Although they advertised a wide pay range online, they weren't willing to negotiate their offer at all.
