Waited 2 weeks for an interview only for the second question to be "do you know SQL?" sorry since you don't we can't move forward. SQL was listed as a nice to have not a requirement on the job posting. The recruiter had emailed me a couple of times and could have easily said hey there was a change in the requirements let's make sure you have it so we don't waste your time. Her excuse is that they are a startup and things change. Being a startup does not excuse you from common decency.
