The interview process was extensive, consisting of four to five virtual interviews followed by a 3 hour on-site interview in Boston. The virtual interviews included a combination of behavioral discussions, case studies, and role-playing exercises. The on-site interview consisted of a case exercise, coffee chats, and behavioral. Throughout the process, every interviewer was highly professional, engaging, and welcoming.
