I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Astro Digital in Nov 2021
Interview
Quick but relaxed interview process that consisted of four separate interviews.
The first interview was more of a chat about the company, its history, and the role requirements to gauge if I was still interested.
The second interview was with the CTO/Co-founder of the company. This interview focused more about my background and my interest in the aerospace industry in general.
The third interview was a panel interview with the teamlead and another member. This one was more technical, but questions were focused on my previous experience with different skills (python, data analysis, etc.).
Since Astro Digital is a small startup, the final call was a quick chat with the CEO/Co-founder. I received an offer roughly one week later.

Question 1
What interests you in working for a NewSpace company as opposed to something like NASA, Lockheed-Martin, etc?
From the point of applying to getting a phone screening, it took about a month. Another 2 weeks passed before I was interviewed a second time for a technical type interview that was nearly the same as the first. About 2-3 more weeks to make their final decision. Interviews felt disorganized and informal overall. Not super transparent about their process and communication was lacking
