This is an overdue review. Several rounds that culminate in in-person panel presentation, 1:1 meetings and lunch. Every question relates to growing pains and serious employee relations issues. Questions are prefaced as "what if" scenarios, but obviously real problems. Interviews quickly begin to feel like you're giving free HR advice. When I was told they it was a pass, and I asked for constructive feedback, they ghosted me which is unprofessional & bizarre considering it's an HR interview. Doesn't look like they ever filled the job but instead hiring a bunch of less experienced team.
