The interview itself was pleasant and I enjoyed talking the the interviewers (both mechanical engineers)--an overall pleasant experience. However, I was a bit disappointed that the company appeared to have ghosted me after 2 rounds of interviews despite saying I would hear back from them 2+ weeks ago (I've followed up a couple times by now). First round of interview was over the phone that began with 10-15 min introduction/brief resume review. Next 20 min or so were technical questions. Definitely review your mechanics of solids (beams, columns, and some materials) for this portion. Questions themselves might not be exceedingly complicated but forced me to remember fundamentals I learned a couple semesters ago. Second interview was an in depth review of the resume, going over each project in detail, as well as asking what sorts of changes/improvements would you make for each project (if desired). Be prepared to backup your answer with sound reasoning. Overall, a pleasant experience and the team communicated clearly and promptly up until after the second interview, for which I haven't heard back since.
