I applied online. I interviewed at Astranis in Sep 2020
Interview
Was given questions to answer over email, followed by two rounds of phone interviews that mostly involved technical questions. Also wrote Verilog code into a Google doc for the interviewer to watch during an interview. My only complaint is that they didn't get back to me until I emailed them a month after the second interview asking about the position.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Astranis (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2024
Interview
It seemed like one of those interviews where they already had a candidate in mind and interviewed me as proof of interviewing multiple people. They reached out for a time, I replied with my availability, and they got me in immediately. The questions where fairly easy, I answered them right, I was told my answers were not completely correct, and I got a rejection letter 5 minutes after the interview was over.
