Aston Martin Lagonda interview questions

My application was submitted via the company's career portal. Following this, the HR department made contact to arrange the interview process. I participated in a single round of interviews, which was conducted directly with the Engineering Director. The session was particularly challenging, featuring a series of difficult questions. These comprised a mix of in-depth technical inquiries aimed at assessing my hard skills, as well as behavioral questions designed to evaluate my soft skills and how I handle specific, complex situations in a professional environment.

Stage one video interview with HR. HR rep gave me technical questions, which they clearly have been given by someone else and therefore did not have the technical knowledge to have a discussion about the question and ask for clarification. The HR rep did their best, but I would highly recommend the question writer to be present. I was told I ‘passed’ this stage and a few weeks later was told that they would like to interview me again… Another few weeks later and I still don’t have an interview invite. I have tried to get in touch for clarity but got an OOO reply for the next week. It’s has been about 7 weeks since I applied. TLDR: they seem very unorganised, and don’t seem keen to fill the position.
