Role required a bachelor's degree and only paid 15 an hour. This recruiting company must be skimming a large number off the top of the company they are hiring for is stupid. If you have a bachelor's degree and make 15 an hour you are a failure.

They asked about my education and checked my communication skills. They asked if knew Excel and how was fast can I join their company. It seemed they were happy with my answers but they did not call me back.

It was a two person interview. They asked a lot of open questions, so don't reply just yes or no. If you say no, be ready to say why. The interview was about 35 to 40 minutes long.

I applied online and Marlee the recruiter contacted me. We had an initial call and went back and forth a couple of times about being submitted for an analyst role.
I would steer away from Marlee based on my experience was not great and I wasted a lot of time.
