Interviewed with department head. Discussed my qualifications and the job responsibilities. Reviewed past work. Took a detailed tour of the factory and met some of the employees. Very positive experience.

Interview
I submitted a resume and had to fill out an application. I was later called in for an interview and a welding test. They both took a little over an hour. The interview had the normal questions and the welding test was good, but nothing really difficult. Within a week I received a call and was offered a position.
