I went into the office to let them know i was interested. They had already advertised and open postition, behavioral questions with a panel, called in later to notify that i had the job, got a drug test done and then trained that week.

Interview
Very relaxed and straight forward. It was only an interview with the assistant manager who was a college student as was I and the role ended up being a great fit for a college student like myself.

Interview
Not as professional as it may seem. There was "competition" however they were definitely interested in a student. They asked good question, but it didn't seem like they listened to responses so I decided to ask questions back. They didn't ask many behavioral, open ended questions.
