The interview process felt disorganized from the beginning. The final stage required candidates to prepare a presentation, but after submitting mine, I never received any follow-up or feedback despite waiting for a response. The experience left me feeling that the company was more interested in gathering ideas from candidates than moving forward with a genuine hiring process. At a minimum, candidates who invest significant time into interview assignments deserve a clear update or closure.
