Call with recruiter, zoom call with hiring manager, Zoom call with HR, zoom call with hiring manager and VP, in-person meeting with hiring manager and VP, then came the job offer.
The process was very thorough. I was approached by a recruiter and had the opportunity to speak with multiple people in the company both in person and virtually. I’d say it was pretty typical for a medical sales role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you describe a time when you had to overcome an objection.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aspen Medical Products (Orange, CA) in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview was coordinated by a hiring agency, the present was the two lead designers and the manager of the department. The meeting took a little over fifteen minutes, the quickest zoom interview I had to date. Looking back It was a bit awkward how the whole interview proceeded. Perhaps at this moment in time, the team was just getting used to zoom interviews?
