Apply online, initial phone call the day after the application, then arranged interview in person for the following week. Interview with two of the directors. Started with identification questions, then a grammar review followed by typical interview questions. Finished interview with tour of the office. Everyone was very kind and welcoming, I'd recommend applying!

Interview included proof reading a document in addition to an ID test. The botany section of this test contained various winter twigs, which was difficult. The rest of the test involved identifying some notable bird species, mammal signs, herpetofauna from photographs. Had a very positive experience despite the difficulty and was able to meet and chat with the team afterwards to get a feel for the company.
