Just very casual and 1 interview and family business so expect the family business feel and have some challenges and the salary is so so and no benefits but good to learn the online world
Very efficient, questions were straight forward and clear. Also the boss is amazing in the video production area. If I could I want to thank him personally for the great organisation

Interview
It was a one-day process, fast and somehow difficult. They conducted written exam, initial interview and final interview with the Operations Manager. The written exam contains general knowledge, and some situational scenarios on how you handle customer queries.
