Interview
It was campus interview. Interview system is good. But, should explain about the working hours in detail before recruiting especially in Sales domain. There were almost 3 rounds of interview prior to which there is an aptitude test from where shortlisting of candidates were carried out for the interview.

Interview
Starts with Written Aptitude Test. They short listed candidates for next round which is Group Discussion. The next round is first interview which was taken by Aria Manager, and the final interview was taken by Regional Manager.

Interview
initial CV selection, then written test, Group discussion, then first round interview with Area Manager level and HR, then after clearing this Regional level Manager interview with senior Hr. The main findings of the interview is how truthful you are, are you ethical or not because this company is very ethical, about the basic common sense test.

If you are in position to not achieve the sales target by minimum margin in a given year due to some poor market condition but one of dealer is asking benefits of some part of your annual sales commission sharing like 5%, then he will gives the order and you will achieve your sales target and incentives both, what will be your stand?
