Four Rounds. Written Exam,Group Discussion, First Round Interview by Area Sales Manager, Second Round by Regional Manager. Final by HR Round. Candidate will be final at the RM round.

GD -Generic Topics - speak to your best- think you are a manager and your team is around you. That is what they want to see.
PI - Just one tip- Simply be HONEST.

None. As long as you dont try to put up a fake story (which they will get to know) you are probably not going to need this section. In any case, questions which can be tricky are case study based. Putting you in a real time scenario and understanding how you would tackle that.
