Ashfords interview questions

Straight forward like a standard interview, asked what my salary expectations are, what my goals are how I would fit in the team, how my skills will help the firm and why I am applying for the position.

Initial Interview - kept to around 30 minutes. Very friendly. Were interested in previous experience and how that can relate to the role. What successes and achievements you have had - experience around bids/presentations. Asked about strengths and weaknesses.
