HR Screening, Cognitive Assessment, Case Style Interview, Management and Upper Management Interview. Interview consists of behavioral questions. Looking for a good culture fit. Come prepared with good STAR responses. Excel skills are a must, that will be apart of the interview process. Interview
3 separate phone interviews followed by 6 in-office interviews and a Mensa test. Pretty straight forward, know your technicals and emphasize how your skill set can contribute value to the team (e.g. making reports more efficient with Excel, story-telling via PowerPoint, etc.)

Interview
Phone Interview with the head of the department (Acquisitions for me) and then phone interview with the Senior Financial Analyst who I would be directly reporting to. After the two phone interviews, they brought me into their office for a "super day" style interview process. The other final candidates are there interviewing in different rooms at the same time. HR will then make you take an IQ test.
