A recruiter contacted me at the end of January to see if I was interested in the position. The first onsite interview was mid-February and I discussed skills & qualifications with Director of Financial Planning and another Finance Consultant. The interview was was about 40 minutes long. The second interview was the first week of March. I met with two senior service line directors and answered several behavioral type interview questions. The second interview was about 50 minutes long. I was offered the position two days after the second interview. Please note that if you go through a staffing agency your references will be contacted twice, once by the staffing agency and once by the Ministry Service Center (Ascension).
