There was a first-round interview and a second-round interview. I was scheduled for a second-round interview immediately after the first one. This particular interaction was with the CEO of the school. He showed up 15 minutes late after I sent him an email, wondering what was going on. Unfortunately, he was on his phone most of the time while I was talking to him. After the second interview, they told me it was not an interview (?). It was just a conversation. They scheduled another interview and asked for my references after that, as I received a positive review from that interview. I stopped responding because I was no longer interested in the school.
