Interview
The interview process with Artisan Council was one of the most enjoyable ones I've had! The team is warm and friendly off the bat, and it didn't feel like an interrogation. It felt conversational, and I was learning just as much about the company as they were learning about me. They were extremely responsive via email throughout the month-long process and very communicative about the team's decision-making process in between rounds. Truly a lovely 10/10 experience overall, and I happily accepted the offer!

Interview
The first conversation was a phone screen with Nicole, who oversees people and culture, to chat through my experience and alignment with the role. Next I met with the person who would be my manager for a deeper dive conversation on what is needed for the role. After this, I completed a take home assignment that I then presented to the manager, talking through my process. I had great feedback, but initially I was passed over because I was overqualified for the role, but they reached back out months later expressing interest and after a short reconnect call, they offered me the position. Turnaround from offer to start day was fast - less than 2 weeks.

Went through 4 rounds of interviews — one quick one with HR, two in depth ones with a senior members of the team and then a final panel presenting a project with different members of the social team.
