It was pretty informal. I applied on Y Combinator. The CEO replied and the Chief of Staff reached out. I was sent a personality test and an exercise to complete. The exercise was to respond to a cancellation request and create a 30-60-90 plan for this customer. I submitted it all and never heard back. Not even an acknowledgment of receipt. I followed up and still nothing.
