Arthrex Operations Analyst interview questions

The process took a little over 1 month. Started pretty basic, HR conversation, Hiring manager phone call, then an on Site day with several people. I will say everything went well up until the onsite portion. I got a strange vibe when in person while 1 on 1 with a few of the people. Couldn't put my finger on it but it was almost like a "Get Out" moment. All I can say is they put a big emphasis on your personality. Perhaps too much, to the point I fear they may be hiring only people with a certain type of extroverted personality. I can image this could spell trouble
