Arrowhead Credit Union interview questions

The interview felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. The interviewers had a packet of specific behavioral questions and wrote down all of my answers. One interviewer was friendly and approachable, but the other remained very serious throughout, which made the process feel intense. Based on their body language, it sometimes felt like my answers weren’t good enough. I’ve had multiple interviews at different companies, and this was one of the more difficult ones. I would strongly recommend practicing behavioral questions and preparing clear stories for various scenarios so you can remain confident and not be intimidated or thrown off guard.

It consisted of two interviews. After the first interview they want you to go up to their head quarters. They are not mindful of people who have a job. I took pto and drove up there just to be rejected a week later after a seemingly good interview.
