I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ArrowStream (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2018
Interview
Phone screening consisted of two people, Senior Manager and Associate. The interview process was very simple, behavioral focused. Both interviewees were very friendly. Interview was very conversational. Intermediate knowledge of excel required.
I applied through university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ArrowStream in Sep 2011
Interview
I applied online through my school's website, and a week later the HR director called me for an interview. They were really accommodating with my class schedule to find a time for the interview. We talked on the phone for about 20 minutes, she asked me basic questions about what I am looking for the internship and gave me a brief description of the internship. She sent me an email with directions to the building and a more detailed description of the job (very helpful!). The day I went to the interview, I met first with the same HR director and we had a comfortable conversation about what my goals are, what the company is like, what the job entails, etc. I then met with the boss and we had a similar conversation. Overall, a pretty easy interview but it is just an internship so it shouldn't be hard. I got a call the next day for the job.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you encountered an issue and how did you resolve it?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ArrowStream (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2009
Interview
Very laid back environment. Young employees. Basically was asked past work experiences and that was it. Maybe a few behavioral questions but nothing to difficult. Was interviewed by 2 managers. If your experience is in this field you will be fine. If not you should probably do a little research to make sure you get the position. Good company to work for
