I interviewed at Arrow International (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
I got asked basically about a game I made on my resume and how to use shouldSerialize in C#, then I said what I could do to help them double production, which was their ask
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arrow International in May 2024
Interview
It was a very casual interview with the Head of Game Design and a Senior Game Designer.
When I applied, I had to give a desired salary range, and they offered the bottom of my range without room for negotiation. I got a better offer elsewhere, so I took that instead.
