Armstrong McCall interview questions

Honestly it was a long interview process. I was interviewed by the manager and franchise owner. One was nice the other was rude. I like that they let me give them a sales pitch for one of their new products on the fly. Very different from past retail interviews. Exciting change of pace from being asked "what's your biggest weakness"

We did a zoom interview because in beginning the relocation process. The owners were the nicest people and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the while process! They even told me to keep there contact information if I had any other questions.
