First round was a virtual call with the hiring manager. Very good call, less of the "tell me about a time when" questions and more just trying to get a feel for the candidate and explain the position and company. Second round was in person. 5 back-to-back meetings with various individuals you would work closely with in the position. Overall same general feel. They were trying to get a feel for me as much as I was getting a feel for them. Keep in mind this is 5 different personalities. Very good way to gain insight into the company. Can certainly be an exhaustive experience after 3 hours if you haven't done this type of interview before.
