I applied through the company's website. I had one phone interview with the HR manager and also one with the hiring manager. I was called after a few days and they scheduled an on-site interview for the next week. The interview was one and half day almost with a presentation. I interviewed with 9 people. Except the hiring manager, all other people asked non-technical questions like behavioral questions. I was quite tired because five or six of them asked the same questions like "how do you manage conflict at work" or "describe a situation when you were innovative" ... I was given a tour from the facilities as well.
I was told that I will be updated about the final decision in 3 weeks, but it took 14 months until they finally said they want to proceed with another candidate.
Overall the company was good, but I don't understand why 9 technical managers would kill 9 hours of your time only with non-technical - behavioral questions. They could all come together in one meeting and ask their behavioral questions together. Anyway, I liked the company more than the people.
