I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Arizona Team (Scottsdale, AZ) in Jan 2015
Interview
I received a call randomly, maybe it's because I accidentally posted my resume online. At first I didn't know who or what AZ-team was. There wasn't much information online that I could research about the company. The description online concerning the company was very vague so I didn't have much to go off of. I was seriously hoping that they weren't going to ask me what I knew about the company. I was looking over some of the reviews online about AZ-team, and good thing I did because it automatically triggered red flags about this "team". The whole office seemed like it was a staged interview. The interviewer told me that the whole process would take 3 days, for 3 interviews. I drove over 40 minutes for a brief 5 minute interview. I was furious, because I literally wasted my time going to this interview. The interviewer was too distracted that he couldn't properly answer my questions regarding the "face to face" meetings with their clients. That screams, door to door sales to me, which he then tried to rebuttal with some bs answer.

Question 1
What made you choose this field, even though you have a degree in the medical field?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Arizona Team in Aug 2014
Interview
Was contacted within a few days of submitting my application for an initial 30 minute interview. When I showed up there were multiple other people there to interview as well. At the end of my interview I was asked to come back that same day for a one hour interview but declined because although they try to sugar coat it a lot the position is actually a sales position where you try to sell a new product for an outside company to their existing customers. It also sounded like it was a commission job.

Question 1
No difficult questions but the interviewer wasn't able to answer my question about growth opportunities, just kept saying they weren't sure what position I was talking about when I brought up another job posting I had seen from the company.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Arizona Team (Scottsdale, AZ) in Nov 2013
Interview
They were prompt at emailing and setting up an interview. However, after an entire day of interviewing they revealed that the job was a door to door sales position. Compensation starts at 300$ a week, plus commissions. Not a marketing company like their website says. They do have a unique way of dealing with their customers. That isn't enough to overlook the fact that they are lying to try and get well qualified applicants in their door.

Question 1
They ask basic interview questions, "What types of skills could you bring to our team?", "What motivates you?", etc.
