      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arik Air (London, England) in Jan 2009

      At the time, it all started with telephone interview, which came after screening of my application and CV. Then personal interview, followed by psychometric test an simulator test. The psychometric was PC based. The system is called Compass. The sim test was on B737. Completely raw data flying SID, Hoding and ILS approach. In between steep turns 45 deg of bank. Nothing special,
