The interview process was conducted in 3 stages with a case study in the second interview. The entire process took about 1 month to complete. Team was friendly and technical.
R1 writing test: 3 parts(1 quantitive test, 1 news report, 1 pricing test ) , last about 2 hrs
R2 45 min talk with 2 team members: behavior questions mainly, focusing on whether your past experiences match their needs
