The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Experience (if I had relevant past experience in retail/sales)
Filled an application form, then had a group interview, then a one on one interview. Nothing too difficult; it was easy to shine in the group interview since I was in a group with some older adults, who seemed embarrassed to take part. It's recommended to swallow your pride and 'have fun'.
