Arrived at 5:15 in a Sunday and was told to wait with the other candidates. There were 9 in total, we were then told to introduce the person next to us to the group after 5 minutes of getting to know them. Later we were split into groups of three and told to create the ideal argos superhero. We presented these after 20minutes of working on them. Then we were asked one at a time to go to the back office for a one on one interview.
