Interview
Went in started the interview with masks on questions were safe and started to feel less worried and tense more comfortable. The manager then came in with harder questions to catch me on the spot went back to being anxious again but it was still fine.

Question 1
What was your biggest accomplishment in your life?
straightforward question, nothing too challenging, interviewers were very friendly and relaxed and listened really well. Interview lasted around 25 minutes and found out i got the job in less than a week
A casual chat with the manager. Mainly focussed on availability and proximity to the store. Gave brief background and was told about the role and what it entails. The interview will vary manager to manager so any prep will help
It is a casual discussion. They really want to know how you handle tough customers and how quickly you can pick up work. As well as flexibility with time. As they need people to be multiskilled. Working back and front of house.
