I applied online and got a call few days later asking me a few questions about the company; what do you know about Argos? I was then called for an interview face to face which was the easiest interview I had done as the manager just asked me what I study and then offered me the job right there on the spot.
The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability

Group assessment to begin with about stakeholders then based on that assessment you get an interview, 5 minutes after. Interview was basic questions such as prior experiences, worked in a team before
