Interview was one on one, was just general conversation with a few mandatory questions about hobbies and activities, plus experiences whether be in other employment or education. Chat about skills and personality. Why you wanted to work there, what you can bring etc.

The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability

Group assessment to begin with about stakeholders then based on that assessment you get an interview, 5 minutes after. Interview was basic questions such as prior experiences, worked in a team before
